Most people hate doing legs day. Sometimes that is me as well lol do you make sure you still do legs day even though you hate it or do you skip legs day sometimes? Sometimes I skip legs day it all depends on my chronic pain in the legs how bad or good it is that day.

I have a "body part" day that includes legs, abs, arms, etc. I just make it fun & if I'm not feeling the best, I allow myself to do light exercises. If it's really a bad day, I practice self-care & focus on other areas.

That's a good way to do it instead of completely ignoring legs day. Sounds like you have a good system going!

I skip legs day more often than not. Maybe its because I hate doing lunges lol I need to be more disciplined.
