Lavender and camomile for me personally.When you mentioned aromatherapy, which oils do you use?
I have found lavender oil to be the only effective one. I used to hate the smell of it but now I love it because I can feel it relax my mind and body. I keep a bottle of it in my purse and sniff it in the car. I have panic attacks while being in cars so it helps when I need to go somewhere.
