I myself find doing aromatherapy, music therapy, creative writing therapy, art therapy and my daily self-care and mindfulness routine helpful with stress and anxiety.

Those are good tips @Naiwen ! I try to focus on self-care and doing yoga definitely seems like it helps alot. I find on days I don't do yoga then my emotions are worse than on the days when I do yoga.

When you mentioned aromatherapy, which oils do you use?

I have found lavender oil to be the only effective one. I used to hate the smell of it but now I love it because I can feel it relax my mind and body. I keep a bottle of it in my purse and sniff it in the car. I have panic attacks while being in cars so it helps when I need to go somewhere.

Lavender and camomile for me personally.
