omg.... exam in like less than 12 hours. pacing all day, trying to teach myself what i dont know, had a massive panic attack this evening. drained from that bbut no way sleep is gonna happen. argggggggg

I can't imagine not being able to rest after a panic attack. Maybe you should take a small break, perhaps not sleep but a cup of tea outside just to recharge. I know this was posted a while ago though. Take care of you honey <3
