I've been depressed on and off for years, I don't know what is causing it. But at the moment the main thing I am depressed about is the fact that I have been taken off the course I love to access support to get better but then no-one is doing anything to help me. Am still waiting to see a psychiatrist 5 months on. I started seeing a counsellor again a few weeks ago but I can't talk to her and the hours spent in silence just make everything seem so much worse, am really wondering if it is worth putting myself through it all. The chances of me being able to return to my course in January seem to be disappearing rapidly!
Had enough now. I can't make myself understood to anyone and can't make my Doctor realise just how rubbish I feel.

today I feel depressed about the fact that I told some friends (they are psychotherapists and have become surrogate parents whilst I am here at uni) some stuff about my past but now I'm scared they will hate me
this is really scaring me because they mean a lot to me and give me so many hugs and make me feel safe when I don't feel it.
